 The Story Teller: My true divination story: The World, The Fool, The Moon, The Sun, The Tower, and The Star! 


So I received the Oracle card "Story Teller" as my potent Oracle energy of the day and well I had also recieved the message "speak on it" the night before through an astrology app that is connected to my natal chart energy. So I was literally recieving signs that I need to share something. So I decided to pull some clarification cards through tarot to gain more insight into exactly what it is I needed to share; and wow, spirit does not play...it became very clear to me! 


The World/ The Fool/ The Moon: I'm not surprised at all that I recieved ALL major arcanas because this truly reflects how much divination changed my life; not only did it help change my life but it also helped save my life. I can't imagine ever turning my back on divination- literally being connected to divine energy! I started this path in the year 2012. Before the year 2012 I had been a Monday through Sunday type of church goer; and yet how was it, I was still broke, had no real relationship with God, was severely depressed, hating life and in a 2nd marriage on the verge of divorce!!( even though I tithed, praised, read the bible, was in all the programs, and sang in the choir). One day in 2012 I made this bold decision to forget everything I had learned about God and find my own way, even though I had no idea where this would lead me. The first thing I got into was meditation...I had actually never meditated before..I immediately started experiencing significant changes in my life.


The Moon/The Sun/The Tower:

I started researching African and Egyptian history, the slave trade, spirituality and beliefs, I started researching the history of the Bible, I started communing more with nature. I bought my first deck of African cartomancy cards and a deck called the dream tarot and it was no turning back from there. My life was clearly changing and I felt totally at home with what I was doing. I was loving this new passion of exploring divination through cartomancy and tarot.  I even experienced an odd happenstance with the number 1111. Very shortly after getting into meditation and cards. I remember one night waking up and I literally mean suddenly sitting straight up in the bed for no apparent reason to then look at my alarm clock on the side of my bed and see the time saying 1111 or 111. I then would see 1111 everywhere. This happened for a good 5-6 days straight. To say the least I was freaked out. I decided to Google..waking up at 1111 not even sure if I would find anything. I was shocked to find out..this was an actual thing and I wasn't delusional. It was my calling. I was being called. This lead me to go even further. 


The Sun /The Tower/The Star: 

I realized I am a person who believes in results. I would have never continued on this path had I not seen true change and positive results. This was working for me. I was actually healing and also using my gifts and experiences to help others and still is. This was truly bringing me into positions and places of immense change- this is what I needed. With that being said healing isn't always pretty. It got ugly sometimes, but lord knows if it wasn't for pulling out a deck of tarot or oracle cards, consulting spirit, meditating, oh and yes praying ( I still prayed and read the Bible but I had a new understanding of the Bible), and connecting with nature; there is no way I would have got through it all still able to transcend and rise. By no means am I saying "I have arrived" but I have overcome things that most people don't come back from. I have a real cross to bear, I have some real generational curses to break and with divination..it truly helps me connect to the spiritual help that I need to get through it all. Some things are for sure and remain a fact - severe depression GONE the suicidal tendencies GONE poverty GONE spiritual brokenness GONE feeling purposeless GONE broken marriage GONE. A real relationship with GOD. HERE!

 The question is often asked and often imposed. How valuable would you truly be if you had no money? And that question really made me think today. I have seen this type of question many times before that money doesn't make you, that you are more than just your wealth and so on. I feel like today I finally found the answer that sits well with my soul and makes sense to me. In order to truly understand this question and belief...it would only be valid if you surround yourself with people who truly and honestly don't care about your money or possessions. With people who are able to see the value in who you are wether you are rich or poor. It doesn't really matter to think it about yourself- unless it in fact DOES MATTER TO YOU! Because at the end of the day. We live in a world in which money will always be needed and wanted.  The Wheel of Fortune- Oh snap a Major Arcana type of day! The Wheel of Fortune is associated with the energy of Jupiter and Sagittarius. Naturally Sagittarius/Jupiter rules the 9th house of philosophies, higher learning, spiritual wisdom, and long distance travels. So my first thought was ok. This is about the energy of Sagittarius which reflects freedoms, goals, achievements and for me is connected to my 2nd house of finance while Jupiter is connected to my 11th house of networking, friends, associates, and groups.
